For some time TransformationalSafety.Com has been exploring techniques that allow for the teaching of a quality Safety Awareness program that is going to be able to demonstrate the value of developing a very real "safety brain". What we mean is the development of an autonomic function which results in a person integrating the "safe" way of thinking within all of their activities; both within the workplace and, just as importantly, within the home environment. Coupled with this fundamental approach to the "safety brain" is an immersion into the ocean of transformational safety. All behaviours within the Safety through SCUBA program are consistently mapped against Transformational Safety constructs; thus maximising the transference of these behaviours to the workplace environments.

SCUBA is on of the most safety aware recreations that is available, and also one of the most rewarding. Words don't exist to describe the feeling of swimming up to a giant sea turtle and rubbing its shell like you would stroke the family cat. To just sit and watch Seahorses at play from only centimetres away. To explore the remains of a shipwreck that has been on the floor of the Ocean for over a Century. Yet before you can do any of these things you must be safety aware; and have proven that you are to the satisfaction of a highly trained safety aware PADI or SSI Instructor.

	Safety Science
	Hazard Analysis
	Risk Assessment & Management
	Transformational Safety Accreditation - Coach Level
	PADI Open Water Diver Certification

The Program is limited to eight (8) participants at any one time. Participants shall be required to be reasonably fit. They shall need to be able to swim at least 200 metres unassisted or 300 metres with mask, snorkel and fins (If I can do the 300 then it must be easy).

One of the most successful ways of developing ourselves is through awareness and experiential learning. The Safety through SCUBA program aims to incorporate the best of these learning models in a framework that is fun, challenging, and one of the most effective and memorable safety thinking interventions available. It is our belief that participating in a Safety through SCUBA program shall be a highlight of all participants lives and shall continue to positively impact their "safety thinking" for years to come.
